I guess these people want $15 but didn't read this was in Biden's Plan

In reality maybe 50% of the workers or more will lose their jobs and those left behind will be doing 3 to 4x's the amount of work if what Biden says happens. Unemployment is high now wait........

Can't fix the ignorant and stupid. They do not understand that once $15 is mandatory then the labor costs will be to high to be competitive in the market place
They can't make a Big Mac cost $10 so they will eliminate jobs. Easiest way to do it...

This country really does have so many simpletons living in it. No critical thinking at all, no understanding how business is conducted.
Just a bunch of morons who believe whatever they are fed by the propagandist media. Goebbels would be proud

To add when they cut jobs these same morons will complain that it is not fair.

They will not understand why they lost their job.

I would not doubt that someone like AOC (the dolt) would bring some type of bill to make businesses not be allowed to get rid of workers due to
the minimum wage

The problem is that if 8 employees were making $10/hr and will now receive $15/hr, management will get rid of 2 or 3 of those employees so payroll costs do not increase like crazy.

So when the patron dines at a fast food restaurant, everything will take longer b/c there are less employees (pretty soon we'll get touch screen service where we can order and pay to eliminate even more employees)

Enjoy your $15/hr as more people will be out of work

BTW for the small business owners here, how JACKED UP is your State Unemployment rate for 2021? In Florida we are going from .01% to 2.9%

If you have 5 employees, you go from paying $35/yr to over a grand a year.

ouch

Doesn't seem to be much opposition coming from the donors/business community about this. Probably because big biz knows which way the wind is blowing and can largely handle it, small biz is what gets killed.

I don' see how $15 can be the wage floor in midwest/southern states, especially more suburban/rural areas but maybe JoeyB just grandstanding.

Goes back to what I said abut how there are so many simpleton morons in this country.

The $15 minimum wage is all about optics

Big business can easily absorb the hit knowing that their small business competition will be hurt by and possibly put out of business
Clearing the way for them to make even more money with less competition

The $15.00 an hour minimum wage will accomplish two things.

1) It will make more corporate money into government money via payroll taxes.

2) It will cause simpletons to not look for better jobs, skills, or education,
keeping them from ever improving their lives and extending the cycle of poverty for generations to come.

This is what the elites of all political parties want.
