What is the problem with Intertops that you are having?
I have been trying to get a measly $1,300 CDN withdrawal for the past 3 weeks. First I was told I needed to send docs to prove my identity. I sent them files with my bank statement and driver's license. They said it was not in PDF format and they couldn't open it. So I re-sent them in PDF. Then I was informed the driver's license needs to be in COLOR. I have been a client for over 25 years and have lived at the same address for 19 years! I am so frustrated I have had it with them and am looking for a new book that takes Canadian action. If they won't pay a measly $1,300 CDN, what the hell would happen if it was a large amount?

That is pretty scary. My experience with Intertops is that they are slow but you do get paid. Keep us posted on this.

I use Pinnaclesports and coolbet. Pinnaclesports is the most trusted book in the world. coolbet has lots of live wagering and props. never have had a problem with withdrawals with either. last withdrawal from Pinny , deposit was in my account in 2 hours!

Thanks for the recommendation on Pinnacle-after this crap with Intertops for a measly $1,300, I'm ready for a change. Their only selling point for me was reliability of getting paid. If that's gone, no reason to stay with them.

Send them a nice email and ask if you can provide the proof they are looking for via PDF on an email.

I have already sent them the info twice-the second time in color which they said they needed in order to process. I've never experienced any delays before this and wonder if they have changed ownership and become one of those scam books that accept your deposit, but never payout. Anyway, I will keep after them until I get this satisfactorily resolved.
