Stocks I'm Looking at Buying

Been doing a little bit of house cleaning on some of my accounts, and have freed up some cash for buying. These are a couple of the stocks I'm currently looking at:

NXPI - sitting at @ $172.40 as I write this. Love this in the 5G space as well as auto makers.
PWR - sitting at @ $76.50. Have orders backed up that will last well into 2022. Also comes with a small dividend which is nice.2

Anyone have any thoughts on these? Will pull the trigger on one or both in the next couple of days.

I was waiting for a bit of a pullback which never really came. Still watching them. Have bought some small positions on a few other stocks since this post.

Not sure I want to invest in a company that is backed up for a year..How will they be able to get future orders if their backup is so great? Rahter get a quick 4-20% and get out.too many great opportunities right now

MF - what's your take on selling stocks? Do you do this - 'get a quick 4-20%' on all of your stocks? I have several that I'm up way over 20% that I'm holding - such as AAPL. Do you suggest selling once you're up 20% or so? I figure a blue chip like AAPL is a long term hold.
