You will seldom find the best value at just one place.

A combination of Bookmaker, 5dimes, Betonline, Bovada and Nitrogen will serve you just fine.
(and not with Bitcoin, you can jump around pretty easily)

I personally never played at Nitrogen yet, but loving what I see from them
