Chicago radio continues to talk about this trade possibility, latest was Seahawks letter to season ticket holders excludes Russell Wilson's name, but mentions other players. Again 40 million cap hit, bears have 20th pick, nick foles, mabey some future 1's and 2's, but they have dedicated multiple hosts and guest speakers about this scenario.

Well they tried, 3 #1's plus two starters.

Bears still might draft up and get a QB or Jones later in the draft or somehow get Darnold or Ryan or Tua or somebody...

They should have got Fitz instead of Dalton for the same money.

I think Fitz made the right decision going to the Skins over the Bears, they got a lot of young talent. Just had a 0 at QB for most of last year besides a few solid Smith starts. Easier division thus easier pathway too obviously.

Bears need to pick up a credible vet QB, like Ryan, Locke, or even Garappolo, that is displaced by a draft choice. Send the team a # 1 or #2 draft choice depending on which one + Foles or Dalton to be the back up for Fields, Lance, or Jones.

Or trade up in the draft for Jones.
