Anyone know of a bank (reputable) offering good interest rates for Money Market accounts?

I'm seeing 0.35% and just cringed a little

Municipal Bonds, pay 3.5%, 10 times more. Plus it compound. Plus they are super liquid, can cash out in a day or 2.
