I think that’s an Urban Legend it’s just the books don’t do the volume compared to other sports and the margin is thin. That and they get beat by sharps more so than other sports. Lots of data out there but you have to sift through and most of us don’t have the time or desire to do the crunching. Let’s start a betting syndicate a think tank if you will and break down the games. Knowledge is power!
Is there really? I'm always skeptical when someone says something like that without some sound proof.
I have no proof. It's just an educated guess. But I would bet the easiest sports to beat would be some of the fringe stuff. Like FCS football for example. You see sharps hammer the shit out of those soft lines sometimes and move the line over a TD. Same with totals. Stuff like that seems to be where the sharps really make their mark.
