Nfl high stakes contest

Hey everyone, Underdobs here. I am looking to start a contest I usually run it locally but i've had a few guys drop out over the past couple years. Here's how it goes:

How it works is you pick from the 32 teams based on sign ups and draft those most likely to win games in the 2020 regular season only.

Add up all the wins from each entry and they are the winner. 1st place prize only. Buy in tbd but when I do it local it’s $250. Maximum of 5 players usually. Snake format and we just select our teams in the thread or through text message. If we can get the guys online I would think submitting teams in this thread is easiest.

3 players - 10 teams each
4 players - 8 teams each
5 players - 6 teams each

Example of picks,

1. KC - BOB
2. BALT - DAVE
3. SF - JOHN
4. NE - BOB

And so on...

Team with the most accumulated wins at the end of the regular season wins the pot, in this case $1250 if we can get 5 guys. I am okay to split up the money collecting duties if need be.

We've also played in the past where its not based on wins but just what team wins the Superbowl. I could do either.

Awesome guys.

My thoughts are get up to 6 or 8 entries. Which would make each entry get 5 teams or 4 teams.

I could do up to $500 usd entry but didn't want to scare people off from joining. I am okay with and would prefer to split up the holding of funds as well.

I was thinking of combining the two ways I've ran it in the past and do something like below for scoring and prizes,

8 Entries - $500 each - 4 NFL teams each
- $4000 pot -

70% pot - regular season highest combined team wins - $2800
15% pot - 2nd place - second highest regular season combined team wins - $600
15% pot - SB champion team - $600

Hey, we are going to look for 8 people at $500 each. If the season is fast approaching and we're not full then I will lower the price to $250 to make sure it gets filled.

I may be interested, depends on the price and how many guys you have and how random is the order is and is a SNAKE Format.

hey yeah that’s exactly how it would go.

still need a few more people.

then once the groups assembled I will invite everyone to a WhatsApp chat.

it’s kind of a set it and forget type of league but I like to have rooting interests throughout the year.

Would like to get everyone involved in a WhatsApp chat and then share a Google meet and do a random generator of some sort shared with everyone.

Then the teams would be evenly distributed.

If people are still interested let me know and I would consider lowering the price to $250 if people want to get involved.

we can split up the holding of the money so it’s more convenient for everyone.

If all who posted above are still interested let me know below and I will get this set up before Thursday.
