big time, hysterical number (not saying they cant win), ......they may not even be the best team in their division. They have TWO 22 yr old defensemen in their dee corp ha!..Makar is special , no doubt............. Nemeth? that 6 at the back hardly is anything to jump up and down about. Obvuisly no MacKinnon and TOAST

the east is such a tough division, the winner might come out bruised, bloodied lol. Carter great pick up for the Pens, T Hall for the Bruins . Both the Pens and Bruins clocks r ticking;

Marchand- 33 yrs old
Bergeron- 35
Crosby- 33
Malkin- 34

happy that Kapanen seems to be having a good yr with the Pens.

i think the happiest player on that Bruin team has to be Krejci. Looks over to this left and now sees Taylor Hall, lol. How the fuck did the Bruins pull this off? Had to change that whole team, the second line is a legit scoring line! They are more dangerous 5-on-5 ........... Shocker for me are the Pens, took the division!! haha , fuckin' Sid . Do they really have Ceci in their top 4 dee pairing? lol, thank goodness for team defense

i've watched the North all yr. Leafs are the class of the North, not getting out would be a surprise. The team that can give them the most trouble is a healthy Hab's team- the Habs are getting healthy. Price, Weber , Gallagher all likely back. Intense rivalry . This is definitely a different Leaf's team from previous years ... this is 100%. Less apt to play reckless hockey with a lead, very much so. Their dee core is significantly improved for the makeup of this team--gone Ceci (just too soft ) and Barrie (more offensive player, ala Reily whcih Toronto already has) incoming were Brodie (solid stay at home dee) and Z Bogosian (steady, nothing flashy , plays physical whcih was much needed). Sandin is ready to play, he will be a top 4 dee on this team going forward.

Toronto matches very well with Edm in that they r just much deeper than Edm, Toronto will control puck posseiosn and more play in Edm's end. Edm dee is nothing special and they tend to over play Nurse, and he just aint that good defensively. Edm of course has a lethal PP, so staying out of the box would be important for the Leafs, ... Edm hope would be some shaky Leaf goaltending (definitely could happen) and their PP continues its reg., season heroics. If the Leafs were to play Edm they shuold shuffle the lines; they had a few games this yr where they badly dominated Edm, they moved Hyman to the 3rd line with Engvall and Mikheyev. Crazy speed line, tuogher for Conor...actually that line gave edm fits spent most of its shifts in Edm's end!! Thorton will provide a needed steady experinced voice, majurity in that dressing room...............we shall see :)

Leafs getting lots of love. Down to +503 from the OP +655.

Caps way up to +1747 from +1352 OP.

Pens hammered from +1747 OP to now +1303.

I took TB at +750. They were cruising near the top of the league without their best player and a few key D-men out. They lose Stamkos and sink a little in the standings. Now they're at 100%. If they get by the first round, to work off the rust, they should make the finals.

stupid deep team-- geez, their 3rd dee pairing is Savard (great pick up , 6'2 233, lol) and Sergachev. The year the Caps won the Cup they PHYSICALLY beat TB in games 6, 7. THAT CANT happen anymore, lol, no one pushing these guys aruond .... dee is huge, Cernak 6'3 233, Hedman 6'5 225, Rutta 6'3......they have no weakneseses, their goalie will likely be a 2021 Vezina nomimee . Barn burner Vs Florida! gotta get'em early as Stamkos, Kucherov likely not in full stride

impressive were the Bruins over the Caps, after the first two games they just rolled them. Kudos on the Hall pickup

Got this one right! Makes me pretty much even for my dreaded hockey season! As a die hard Habs fan I won't mind if they come back. Just put a small wager on them just in case.
