let’s start under 33.5. These teams aren’t going to do anything. Both coaches not interested in winning in pre season so I don’t like a side.

Raiders pick -120. Line is 1.5 however in preseason coaches will got for 2 late instead of kicking extra point to tie it. Never want to end up winning by 1 because of that situation

Bears -3.5
Chargers-3.5.

100% correct, coaches will go for 2 every time in pre-season when down by 1 late in the game. That's why I personally like to bet the money line at times, when the line is - or +1..
