A vast minority of new research is not approved for the clinical trial stage. Once it gets to the clinical trial stage, some 10 to 15 % gain full FDA approval
Americans who can afford to do so sometimes go abroad to receive treatments that are not approved here
Now I'm not trying to defend any bureaucracy, they're inclined to suck, I am pointing out that they're not just a rubber stamp

obviously the trials weren't going well because for the first time in vaccine approval history they dissolved the placebo group (the control group) and gave them all the vaccine so there is now nothing to compare the "vaxxed" to. This was announced in February and nobody even flinched.
i repeat, both mRNA providers (Pfizer and Moderna) disclosed to thousands of volunteers that they were not given the shot and were part of the placebo group then proceeded to jab all but "a couple of people". So when they point to these studies as evidence for FDA approval just remember the vaccine companies purposely spoiled their own research so they can officially claim ignorance to the gene therapy's efficacy and still get approved. This is a scientific first....we are witnessing the rise of the pharmaceutical industrial complex and the deterioration of everything that allowed people to trust that corruption wasn't a massive part of the medical industry.
