Louisiana-Lafayette +8½ vs Texas Longhorns
Steve Sarkasian first year and being an egomaniac starting the red shirt freshman and the sophomore indicated transferring and I read today he'll get some time.Sharing time never works and Texas has been offensively challenged last few years Sarkasin's not going to heal that out of the gate IMO.They should be good defensively hiring defensive coordinator from University of Wa. looks like a good hire so looking for low scoring. Bet it today as opened 10.5 before it goes down more Texas Sucks.

Texas State Bobcats +14 vs Baylor Bears
Pretty simple I'm not buying what Baylor is selling their talking about opening 3-0 beating cup cakes. Both these teams finished 2-7 last year and yes Big12 gives Baylor more pedigree but Big12 not that great.Second year coach for Baylor who took an unwanted job via team sex scandal a couple years ago and bet he's being paid what he's worth nothing LOL.Give me the 14 points.

This Lafayette/Texas game is intriguing.

My memory has sucked lately and i forgot that this Lafayette teams shocked Iowa State last year, is currently ranked, and returns a lot of their players.

Texas has a new coach and is running a different system.

I'm not touching this game and i'll enjoy watching from the sidelines

Good luck this week!!

Oklahoma Sooners -32 vs Tulane Green Wave going to lay the wood.
Little concerned about Sooners front line but we shall see.But thinking their defense will rule the day and give the offense plenty of time to work it out. Oklahoma has inferiority complex being in the Big XII and going to put whoop ass on inferior teams to boost their rankings and have a better shot at being final four.

Texas Tech Red Raiders +1 vs Houston Cougars
Drinking the koolaid here on the Oregon transfer QB that split time last year and before that backed up Justin Herbert. Lets find out if he's the second coming of Patrick Mahomes LOL

Looking at Iowa St. and West Va. the problem with college football is being a kid in a candy store you want to bet the board. Its the most wonderful time of the year.Morning noon day and night football Saturday beats the shit out of NFL Sunday where all the games go off at the same time go to half time at the same time and end at the same time.

Tulsa Golden Hurricane vs Oklahoma State Cowboys Under 51

The opener also went well under the betting total of 53 points, and five of Oklahoma State's last seven games have now gone under the betting total.
A typically high-flying Cowboys offense fell off in 2020 before losing multiple players to the NFL during the offseason, and there has to be some concern after it managed just 5.4 yards per play including 28 rushes for 54 yards against Missouri State, with the obvious caveat that Sanders didn't play. The 2020 team was successful overall thanks to one of the best Oklahoma State defenses in recent history with eight starters returning this season, and the unit looked sharp on Saturday with just 4.0 yards per play allowed. Tulsa is hoping to bounce back from an ugly 19-17 loss. The Tulsa offense returns just about everyone apart from quarterback Zach Smith and was at least efficient with 7.2 yards per play last Thursday, but turnovers have remained a constant problem. A defense that was dominant a season ago to lead Tulsa to the AAC Championship Game returns nine starters, and completely dominated up front as UC Davis managed just 88 rushing yards on 46 attempts while getting tackled for a loss seven different times.

TCU Horned Frogs -11 1/2
[/QUOTE) QB Chase Garbers in a bit of a bind in his second outing. The Golden Bears clearly trust him with the ball in his hands, but he’s going to have to do better than 177 passing yards, one touchdown and one interception on 38 attempts. That isn’t going to cut it against this TCU team. The objective for TCU is to keep grinding for all four quarters. If the Golden Bears can fall apart the way they did against the Wolfpack, they can do it again on Saturday

[h=1]Iowa State Cyclones -4[/h]Two evenly matched teams I’m going with the home crowd and senior QB.

At his best, Brock Purdy is one of the most dynamic and dangerous signal callers in college football. The fourth-year starter has been brilliant in big moments against opponents like Texas, Oklahoma, and TCU, can beat defenses with both his arms and his legs, and plays with an air of confidence that can galvanize his teammates.

Baylor Bears -17

KU is 71st nationally in total defense and 103rd in total offense.
Baylor’s numbers? The Bears rank 16th in total defense and 11th in total offense. I’m not sure Kansas could beat Connecticut LOL

Texas Longhorns -26

Part of Rice’s struggles come down to its dire quarterback situation. Wiley Green was Rice’s starter going into the season. Following an awful performance against Arkansas -- in which the sophomore quarterback completed less than half of his passes and threw three interceptions -- Green was benched in favor of freshman Luke McCaffrey.
McCaffrey, brother of Christian, the Carolina Panthers star, put up virtually the same numbers against Houston, also throwing three picks and completing less than 50% of his passes. Nonetheless, the freshman will keep his starting job against Texas, Rice head coach Mike Bloomgren announced, with the Owls still in search of some offense.
Not only does Rice lack a consistent starting quarterback, but none of its running backs have scored a touchdown so far this season. The only Rice rushing touchdown came from tight end Jordan Myers against Arkansas.would be brimming with confidence. Even so, it’s hard to imagine this game not going in Texas’ favor given the obvious gap in quality between these two programs.

[h=1]Oklahoma State Cowboys vs Boise State Broncos UNDER 58[/h]There's no other way to say it: The OSU offense is sputtering badly this season. The Cowboys scored a combined 50 points in their first two games, and those were against two of the weakest opponents on their schedule, FCS Missouri State and Tulsa.Much like OSU, Boise State's offense has looked nothing like the point-scoring machine that aided the Broncos' rise to prominence more than a decade ago. BSU managed just 283 total yards on 65 plays in week one when the Broncos dropped a weather-delayed squeaker at UCF. They seemed more like the Broncos of old in a 54-13 win over UTEP in week two, but their poor execution still reared its head on occasion against the Miners.
You can probably trace Boise State's offensive shortcomings this season to its anemic running game. The Broncos are averaging just 2.2 yards per rush in their first two games. The OSU defense continues to perform at a high level after a solid 2020 campaign, and a one-dimensional offense from Boise State will make Cowboys defensive coordinator Jim Knowles' job much easier.

Oklahoma State Boise score 41 points in first half and neither team scores squat second half. Just how l had it handicapped LOL. So that’s 4-1 on the day. Fucking Oklahoma that’s twice now l lost betting those cocksuckers. See you next week same bat time and bat station. Would like to think I’m getting dialed in on the Big XII conference. But we shall see. And l have a $100 four teamer and l have UCLA left and they are also cocksuckers. Going to bed and wake up in the morning and see if a miracle happens.

Kansas State Wildcats +6
K.State has a good defense Oklahoma State has a good defense both teams imo are evenly matched. I bet Under in OSU game last week based on their defense but this game the totals only 46.
I think K state won't let OSU keep the ball based on all OSU's litany of offensive injuries and some defensive also and in turn wear down OSU's defense.
Thinking this line goes down so jumping on it now see some 5 1/2 out there already.

Somehow 3-0 this season, the in which several OSU players will be out once again. Exactly who will be missing? Gundy says he and his staff will “know more Wednesday,” on the injured Cowboys.
A few are already known, like defensive end Trace Ford, who suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in practice the Thursday before the season opener against Missouri State and is out for the season.

Safety Tre Sterling is the latest to join the “out for the year” crowd, with an undisclosed injury suffered in the days before
But it’s not just the season-ending injuries that are nagging the Cowboys. One of the team’s top offensive linemen, Hunter Woodard, missed the first two games. Tight end Logan Carter has yet to suit up. Running back Dezmon Jackson got hurt against Tulsa two Saturdays ago and didn’t make the trip to Boise.
And then there are the receivers.
Langston Anderson — who has had more than a couple bouts with injuries in his career — suffered a broken foot during warmups for the Missouri State game. Anderson was set to back up starter Tay Martin, who injured his ankle in the opener, and played only two plays against Tulsa the next week, then didn’t travel to Boise.
True freshman Jaden Bray was the third-stringer behind Martin and Anderson at the start of the season before rising to a starting role by the second game of the year. He suffered a foot injury against Tulsa and missed Boise as well, with no known return date. Senior slot receiver Braydon Johnson hasn’t played since the opener, and true freshman Blaine Green has yet to play at all.
Green was set to be a starter before he got injured, and was replaced by his twin brother, Bryson Green. Now Bryson is on the shelf with a hand injury suffered against Boise State.
With so many injured wideouts, Gundy and Dunn have had to curtail the offensive playbook to fit what their players can execute. And that resulted in a heavy dose of the run game on Saturday.
All the injuries led to players like sophomore Rashod Owens — technically, the fourth-string player at the outside receiver position he played on Saturday — and redshirt freshman Cale Cabbiness making crucial catches in Saturday’s win at Boise State. Owens is only in his second year, but he has already played all three receiver positions in the offense. And Cabbiness didn’t learn until last Wednesday that he’d even be on the traveling squad for the game — much less on the field to make the game-clinching reception on third-and-long in the final minutes.
“Why is Cabbiness on the field?” Dunn asked rhetorically. “Because if he wasn’t, I’d be up next.We usually travel nine receivers. We traveled seven this time. There’s a lot of guys that should be playing that are hurt. I think I have more hurt than actually teeing up and playing. There’s more guys on the IR than on the bus.
“That makes it difficult.

[h=1]Duke Blue Devils -16[/h]Offensively, Leipold thought part of what kept his team from getting going was its inability to establish the running game and struggles in picking up blitzes through the first three quarters. Bean finished with 57 yards passing and 62 yards rushing, on a day in which the Jayhawks rushed for 109 total. Baylor (3-0) passed for 269 yards and rushed for 307 more, scoring six touchdowns despite committing two turnovers. As the deficit expanded in the second half, more and more of the fans who came to watch Kansas began to trickle out of the stadium.

Texas Tech Red Raiders +9

So I’m all in on this kid Shough QB trasnsfer from Oregon Running the ball will be vital to buy Tyler Shough more time in the pocket, keep the Texas defense off-balance, and wear down the athletic Longhorn defensive front.
The Red Raiders are running the ball with ease so far this season, averaging 5.5 yards per carry.Shough is coming off one of the best games of his career against Florida International. The quarterback threw for 399 yards, four touchdowns, and did so on a 74.3 percent completion rate.

I watched parts of the Longhorns game against Arkansas live, and I’ve re-watched it once sinceOne thing immediately stands out about their defense in that game — the Longhorns had absolutely no answer for the variations of the run from Arkansas. K.J. Jefferson used his legs often, and the Razorbacks threw a lot of option looks at Texas. Arkansas finished the game with six players who had 29 or more rushing yards. Shough is not the running quarterback that Jefferson is, but he’s shown he can be serviceable. Texas Tech now has a trio of talented backs it can use against Texas
