I'm undecided on whether or not I should continue posting the "Forum consensus" this year, since we now have the weekly poll format in place.. It's a bit redundant IMO.
However, I like my format better (maybe becouse it's mine. lol), since the votes get recorded at kickoff, and the winning percentage is tracked..

Any feedback would be apreciated.

Thanks in advance,

It will no longer be necessary for me to post the Forum Consensus since the Task has been duplicated.
I started the Consensus a couple of years ago when I noticed this sight had the ability to Poll all users. My feeling then was why not collectively get a poll from all the folks on this board and see how it works out? As you can see from the above threads the record has been solid so far.
As I stated earlier, I don’t really mind who does this, as long as the info is updated correctly.

What I mean by this is:
1) Tally up the votes and percentages favoring the selections at kickoff time
2) Tally up the total winning percentage of the forum selections each week through the Superbowl.
3) Start the polls later in the week. This allows time for everyone to digest information, and more importantly, time for the line to adjust. This way anyone that uses this tool has a more realistic line to decide from.

To MODS:
Feel free to use the “Forum consensus” title, as it is more recognizable to the people that use it.

Thanks,
RIPPER
