There is no way I see a "hung" jury with this crowd.

I see a "hanging" jury developing here.

I'm out. Don't much care for judges (except Wapner) or juries too much.

i would say that the perfect guy in this jury would be Judge Wapner. He's honest, a nice guy.. What am I saying... forget it, I just remembered, he is best friends with Clevfan. NO WAY boys, no Judge Wapner. Forget it. I would be in a hole immediately to start the trial, and seein you losers here, i can only see myself with no chance to win this thing. I got my back against the wall already with you boys.

Sick, the jury so far has shaped up rather impartially IMO...

I saw a post The Judge made a few days ago wondering outloud about you...You may be right, but i`m sure the judge would be impartial... We still need 4 for the jury...if I have to i will call on certain posters who will call it down the middle...I don`t see any "plants" yet....

So far it looks like the OFFSHORE SB-DA will be represented by 'truthteller' and 'clevfan' among others...

truthteller- you ARE THE SB DA!? Don`t you even know your role in this ?

I find him guilty of several charges which include lying, playing people against each other (MW, RX) and being an overall trouble maker. In relation to the scamming accusation I have no clue whether he's guilty or not but the one thing I will say is I would not believe ONE single word that comes out of his mouth.

SLIM, I really thought you`d be signing in for jury duty, but the more I think about it, you jump to too many conclusions...I still have you penciled in at 2nd base though...

Ths is why we are having a trial

Journey if you notice, my post makes reference ot the fact that I am not jumping to any conclusions with respect to the scamming accusation. However, I do find him guilty on the other accounts (and those are not the only ones). And well, my last comment pretty much says it all.....

No jumping to conclusions there my friend.

    your thread is garbage
and shouldnt be in this forum.

this is another example of mods picking and choosing when to enforce their rules.

the first theard posted by truthteller exposing SG was immediately moved to RR.. now this forum is flooded with this crap.. why? cuz its gettign hits.

What have you got against overall trouble makers? The nuns back at my grammer school called me one on frequent occasions, I lived in constant fear of a whack, but it became kind of a badge of honor, if you now what I mean.

I'm not really sure what Sick is on trial for here as I haven't been following this.I know I'm not one of the big posters here but I'd like to be considered as a juror.I've always liked Sick but would have no problem being impartial here.

As a juror- normally you cant ask questions just rule on the facts presented by both sides, if this is the case here.
I would ask that each sides give definitions of terms (even if obvious) used.
An example would be the term "match play".I dont know what it means and suspect each "house" has their own definition. I had asked a couple of veteran players this question and got 2 different answers. Im thinking both are right depending on what "book" they play with.
(Im not really sure of the charges here even-are we talking about RIO vs SG- his love stories- credability as a poster- all of the above or what?)

The charges against sickgambler are real charges...he was accused of scamming a sportsbook using multiple neteller accounts , and apparently using fake names....it has nothing to do with his affair with clevfan....

There's a ton of guys who do this, you might as well put 50% of the betting population on trial for the same crimes.
