did you see the babe in the video?

if so - who cares about the words!

if i was with that babe, here's how i would have sung the lyrics

Oh, Sherry, I wanna see you naked
so I can have sex with you until my dick falls off
Oh, Sherry, you taste sweeter than Sherry
and I'd marry you in a heartbeat!

THAT is how I woulda sung the stupid tune!

Steve Perry has seen Sherry naked many times. He dated her before and after the video was made. Not sure if they ever married, and the way his career took a shit I'm sure he was dumped long ago

    Happy 69th Steve

Stephen Ray Perry (born January 22, 1949) is an American singer, songwriter and record producer. He is best known as the lead singer of the rock band Journey during their most commercially successful periods from 1977 to 1987 and again from 1995 to 1998. Perry had a successful solo career between the mid-1980s and mid-1990s.

You say Journey only has 2 good songs. Far from the truth but lets go with that.

Then you say Stone In Love is one of them.

    You just lost all credibility.

For the record, OH SHERRIE isn't a JOURNEY song. It's off a Steve Perry solo album. Journey has nothing to do with it. Although it is frequently incorrectly attributed to the band, even on some 'compilation' CD's.
