Grand Salami 5 Nov TUESDAY

The last 3 times that i considered the Grand Salami it went UNDER as i would have bet. Today's card lists 8 games but the total isn't out for me to consider (SIA). I might guess that it's around 43.5 ?? I started out this year NHL 3-0 and then my last bets were 0-2. I like totals and i favor Unders but i feel like that i am stabbing in the dark most of the time. So, is the Grand Salami any different when it comes to totals and what advice can i get for a ***very good total for today?? thanks al watts /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Well, as i'm waiting around for the Grand Salami total to come out, i'll speculate on what catches my eye. First, i see that a lot of people are on the Under 5.5 Wash/col and i can see why that has potential. St. Louis looks good -0.5 going into Montreal. New Jersey -0.5 @ home vs Calgary. LA +145 @ San Jose. I think that the Under 5.5 looks very good for Philadelphia @ Carolina. Chicago @ Detroit over 5.5 (****attractive****) and maybe ?? Philadelphia ML -135 and Tampa Bay +125 has possibilties but they've lost their last 2 and this game is the last one of their road trip but they do have a *** winning record. The Rangers appear that their MO-JO ain't workin and the Oilers are winning so let's make it Edmonton ML -105 just in case that the Rangers want to tie it up. I like Hockey but i am just rambling on about the little that i know of it. I've found out that it's very important to find out about injuries and who is going to be out for the next game. You can find the Salami at Yahoops or Olympic on their overnight lines usually before 11pm Eastern each night so you don't need to be looking around in the morning to find the number on it.

Last year i probably made about $1200.00 betting Hockey and i guess i must have been lucky. I just can't figure out who's going to win. I didn't bet tonight but the one i liked most was Philadelpia/Carolina Under 5.5. Now some of the other teams that i thought were going to win, lost and some of the totals that i thought were overs were unders. To me, i just feel like i'm guessing but then i do try to research to hopefully improve my odds. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to post writeups (Super Scout). Everything helps.
