4 Units on Pittsburgh Penguins -155

I am listing some info I read about today's game from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. While Florida's Roberto Luongo is one of the best young goaltenders in the league, and has been since he broke in with the New York Islanders, the Penguins have a history of playing well against him. They are 6-1-1 in his eight appearances against them, and Luongo's 4.16 goals-against average in those games presumably isn't a source of great pride. "He's always had the talent," Kehoe said. "Watching him play down here, it looks like he's got his confidence." LW Martin Straka, who missed the first 11 games of the season because of a back injury, and D Josef Melichar, out since Oct. 12 with a shoulder problem, cleared the final hurdle for returning to the lineup yesterday when they took part in the Penguins' 50-minute workout at the Office Depot Center. Hidden stat: Florida's power play is 4 for 58 in past 10 games, allowing three short-handed goals. Florida C Viktor Kozlov is listed as questionable for the game tonight because of a rib injury, but he told reporters yesterday that he plans to play. He has nicked the Penguins for 6 goals and 8 assists in 17 games. Panthers D Dmitry Yushkevich also is expected to be in the lineup despite a rib problem.

Tough luck yesterday on the Lakers loss as I watched the game and they looked DEAD. Horry was going through the motions like a freaking mummy. Brick after brick. BLAH. At least other NBA sides went 2-0 for a 2-1 day in the NBA (2-2 overall day), minimizing our losses.
