Question for the moderators.

I found out that Crazy Jivin Ivan has been banned, and I really don't know why. I feel very bad for the kid, and I don't even know him. The kid was
actually crying while he was posting.

This is what I don't understand. He swears on everything that he is NOT a tout and doesn't charge for his picks. So what is the difference if he posts a URL with the picks in it, OR he just says in a thread take MTL, BOS and the NYR for 1 unit each. I just don't understand. To me, there is NO difference at all in the two. As long as he is NOT asking for any money from anyone, that's all that counts. I feel bad for the kid because he really didn't do anything wrong. But if you ever catch him charging anyone, then he should be banned for life, with NO new handle allowed or anything. But he is NOT, as far as I'm concerned charging for any of his picks. There really is NO difference if he posts a URL or he just posts his picks here.

What is the difference? I'm not trying to put my nose in here, but I really feel bad for the kid. He's actually crying real tears. I just hate seeing grown men cry. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I was actually just sitting back and thinking about this, it was entertaining and all, but what the H-E double Hockey Sticks am I doing on the comp on a Friday night!!!!! Damn married life sucks...better yet, maybe I'll go se if the other side does also LOL

gotta like my little buddy ivan.

there is one thing i can guarantee about him, and that's the fact that he is harmless.

if you are looking for a solution for this problem, maybe this one could help you out.

he could use his URL as his tag line, just like sportsace and other people do.

what ya think ?

I guess Peep doesn't even know why Crazy was banned. He never even answered my question, nor did any moderators. So I guess nobody really knows why Crazy was banned.

Usually the mods are quick to jump in any thread just 2 minutes after it is posted. But they were in NO rush to hop into this one. /infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

hey i didnt even know he was banned.
to be frank i dont think ivan poses any danger.
and if i was consulted (yeah, lets ask bobby bryde what he thinks?) i would have asked why, then said screw it, hes just a kid and let him live and learn like the rest of is did!

AND i wish guys would stop putting ALL MODERATORS in one basket - hint, hint.
