Randy Ferbey and his Alberta rink face BC tonight at the Canadian Curling Championships in Halifax Nova Scotia.Alberta went thru the round robin unbeaten at 11-0. This included a 8-4 victory over Pat Ryan.Pinnacle has Alberta installed as -205 moneyline favourite.
Ferbey is very confident at this point and believes it may take a miracle of celestial proportions for him not to win a third consecutive Brier title.

"Something's going to have to happen ---the stars are going to have to be aligned----for these teams to beat us," said Ferbey. He also added, "everybody knows we are the best team out there."

I can definitely do without his arrogance. However he has talked the talk and I believe he will walk the walk tonight. Take Alberta at -205 and risk 1.5 units to win .45 units. This is like Tiger Woods versus Phil Mickelson---chalk is the way to go.
