Reduce your games. Tell yourself that no matter what you'll pick one, your top pick, every day, every other day, every week, whatever. This forces you only to play picks you really trust, and to choose to the one you believe has most value. Monitor the games you decide not to play, when those start going into profit, you could consider playing more games again. Just my humble suggestion.

I hope your slump continues a couple of days still :) Obviously I hate Ar*eanal but I also honestly believe the value is in the draw (or draw/draw HF/FT). Ars*nal will be missing a few midfielders and Soton will know if they try to play Ars*nal's style of game they'll get whacked, so a draw is much more likely than the odds suggests imho.

If you possess, what you believe to be a winning strategy/model, you pretty much proceed full steam ahead. If you don't, then you proceed
full steam ahead anyways,because nothing
reinforces the fact your methods don't work
more than a bankroll balance that reads 0.00

Since you are probably uncertain about
the depth of your punting prowess,it might
be best to take the advice of the above
post and play fewer games etc.But don't
keep track of your discards(games you picked
but refrained from betting.) To think, then
do,then be proven wrong, can be lived with.
But to think, then not do,and then find out
you should have done will create an attic
of frustration and doubt in your head.
And that's not a lot of fun is it?!
I know your thinking,that monitoring
these discards will give you an indication
when your about to go on a "hot streak" and
then you will take advantage. But trying
to dope out these patternless patterns
will just offend the goddesses of wagering,
and you will eventually be punished.
To be honest, its often winning streaks
that should be more cause for concern
than losing streaks.Winning streaks can
lead one to the delusion that they are
the King Midas of handicapping, and cause
even knowledgeable bettors to become manic
and start betting on events,sports,teams
etc that they wouldn't consider normally.
Most sloppy capping habits are borne
during winning streaks, see if you can
recall picking up any of these during
better bettor times.

Don't complain because its over.
Smile because it happened.
Cheers.

When I lose a pick,I always care about why did I lose:Had I checked everything?
history h2h,recent form,stats,latest news,motivation,weather etc.
If all were ok,then I did nothing wrong. If only one was not good,I took my chances. If 2-3 or more conditions were not good,I m a loser.
