The site is 100% free to use. You can post your ads for free and the folks you are trying to reach can reply to the ads also for free.

have a question: tried to place an online ad - registered of course - how long does it take for ad to go online? I just looked and it wasn't there / placed it about 1 hr. ago. 9:00 pm est

The ads are manually approved usually 2-3 times daily. I'm not sure what ad you placed but several were approved today. Generally most ads if approved will appear within no more then 3 hours of being placed.
