In my opinion this is the best option out there right now.
They send you a card in the mail only after you fund the account. This can be done through moneygram, a credit card, bank wire, or another prepaidatm card holder.
If you have funds at CaribSports, First Fidelity, Intertops, CRIS, CanBet or several other books you can make a withdraw from them and have it sent to the prepaidatm card. They have always let me withdraw that way even when I didnt deposit with the card. This would get the card funded and that way they will send you the physical card within 7 -10 days.
