Sorry, I haven't been following the hardwood much this season but I see that James, er, the Cavs are 11 1/2 point underdogs to the Kings in Sac. My guess is that the Cavs will be pumped up to show off in LeBron's first real NBA game and keep it closer than this.

Cavs are impossible to cap. I live here...and they baffle me. They can be lights out or dead cold. there is no inbetween. Tonights game will not rest on Lebron.. Only way Cavs win or hang in is the play of Zydrunas Ilgauskus.. as he goes, the cavs go. for the cavs to cover Ilguaskus will need 28+ points.

I thought this game would be different, being James' first regular season game. The Cavs are going to be pumped up for this one along with LeBron.

I used to live in Kent, OH in 2000 when LeBron was a sophomore. Since you live in Cleveland, do you remember the big hype about LeBron when he was in high school?

What a crock of sh!t this game turned out to be. The Cavs come within 99-92 and the Queens score the rest of the way.

I guess I should have figured this out before. A lot of people would be betting on LeBron so the line was adjusted accordingly against that. Just like betting against the Yankees and the Raiders and other popular teams. Betting against the popular bet will win you more in the long run. I guess that's partly why contrarian betting works.

Congrats to those who got it right.

The Cavs held a 2 point lead at one point in the 4th.. Kings were lights out tonight.. no one could have beaten them.

There was big hype on Lebron starting at the beginning of his sophmore season. couldnt get into his games..hald actual scalpers outside the schools. unreal. people were saying he would challenge the nba rule and go pro after his junior year.

Nice first night in the NBA, I'm glad I have something to look forward to finally, as a Cavalier fan.
