Looks like it's true.....below is from CBS Sportsline:

NEW YORK -- San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan has been suspended for one game without pay for making contact with a game official in Saturday night's 91-89 loss to the Golden State Warriors.

Duncan will miss tonight's game against the Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center. He will be eligible to return for Wednesday night's showdown against the Lakers in San Antonio.

Duncan, who leads the team in scoring at 21.1 points per game and in rebounding with 12.4 boards per contest, was called for a technical foul with 3:35 left in the third quarter.

Following a jump ball, referee Jack Nies got tangled with a player and couldn't get out of the way of Duncan, who pushed the official to the floor while trying to get into position to set a pick. Nies tumbled to the hardwood, but got up and quickly called the technical foul.
