The Memphis Grizzlies go for their fourth straight win tonight when they host the struggling Washington Wizards.

The Wizards have dropped five of six and are missing their two main scorers in Jerry Stackhouse and Gilbert Arenas. That means their likely starting five tonight of Kwame Brown, Jarvis Hayes, Brendan Haywood, Chris Whitney and Larry Hughes are combining for an average of just 45 points per game this season. Only Hughes and Hayes are scoring more than 8 ppg. In the first game of this road trip Washington were blown out 97-72 at Dallas where they shot just 32% from the field.

Just one of the Wizards last five games have gone Over the total and that was against the freewheeling LA Lakers. The other four have averaged just 163 points and each have gone Under by at least 21 points. Washington are 7-2 Under this season against teams with a winning record.

The Grizzlies return from a three-game road trip where they beat the Nets, Celtics and Cavaliers. Tonight they add Bonzi Wells to their line-up following the trade with Portland. This line is being held up by the Grizzlies recent run of Overs but tonight we expect the Wizards to drag them down to their level just like they did against the Mavericks last time out.

These teams met once at The Pyramid last season and combined for just 159 points.

Thanks buddy.

Hoping for Groundhog Day...

Washington Wizards @ Milwaukee Bucks

No surprise that we'll stay with the Under tonight as the struggling Washington Wizards visit the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Wiz keep going Under by 20+ points so we suggest riding this train until the oddsmakers catch up or their offense shows some signs of life.

Washington have dropped six of seven and are desperately missing their two main scorers in Jerry Stackhouse and Gilbert Arenas. Last night their starting five combined for an embarrassing 30 points total as just one of them scored more than six points. Unfortunately for the Wizards their likely starting five tonight of Kwame Brown, Jarvis Hayes, Brendan Haywood, Chris Whitney and Larry Hughes are combining for an average of just 45 points per game this season. This is the third game of the road trip for Washington and they have shot just 32% and 35% in the first two games.

Just one of the Wizards last six games have gone Over the total and that was against the freewheeling LA Lakers. The other five have averaged just 164 points and each have gone Under by at least 20 points.

The Bucks played at New Jersey last night and missed the offensive production of Toni Kukoc and Tim Thomas. Even if they manage to put up 100 points tonight we don't see the Wizards being able to score 90 and ruin our Under.
