RECORD YTD 40-25 (.615)
SIDES 28-17 (.622)
TOTALS 12-8 (.600)

Lost my fourth in a row last time out here on 2/6 when the total of the Dallas/GS game failed to go over. Finding myself in a losing streak, I stopped posting and betting to refresh myself. I bet “On Paper” and promptly lost 3 more bringing my losing streak to 7 in a row. On Saturday’s paper trading I took Milwacky at home and won. Yesterday I took NJ on paper and also won that one. Ready to go back in to the fray today.

Denver at home, (12-9 ATS as the favorite, win by an avg of 8) vs Memphis (11-10 as a road dog, lose by an avg of 4) looks promising tonight.

SU Nuggets own a 15-2 record against the Grizzlies at home, and have won the last 12 contests as the host. The Grizzlies last win in Denver was a 100-87 decision on Nov. 18, 1997. Nice record for Denver but its ancient history as both teams have revamped their rosters many times in the last 7 years. Recently, “The teams split the first two games this season, with each team winning on its home court… Denver won the first meeting, 106-99, at the Pepsi Center (12/22/03), while the Grizzlies won on their court, 106-88, on 1/25/04”… NBA.com.

Like the fact that Memphis is 2-6 vs the Midwest on the road, while Denver is 12-5 vs the Western conference at home. Fox Stats show that Memphis is 5-8 ATS on the road vs teams with winning records. Denver is 11-5 ATS at home vs .500+ teams.

Memphis has been hot and looks for its 5th straight win. Out of their last 13 games they’ve had the luxury of playing 9 of them at home. Memphis is a solid 8-3-1 ATS on a backtobacks.

Denver has won their last two at home by 19 and 16 points and get a satisfied Memphis team coming off a road win vs Minny.
