is it just me, or do nba refs more and more seem to wait until they see if a shot goes in before they decide whether or not to blow a foul? i mean, c'mon, if there's a foul, blow the damn whistle, don't wait until the ball bounces around on the rim 5 times and finally falls off to decide to give the guy free throws.
