I'm not sure why I'm a Barry Bonds fan. He doesn't represent anything I like in an athlete; he's arrogant, self-centered and only plays hard when he wants to. He's pretty much an ass and now he drops out of the Home Run Derby because "I'm a grown man and I don't have to do it."
He owes it to the fans. He owes it to the people who pay his salary. Yes I know it would be more relaxing to sit home for an extra day but by doing this he is showing the fans his ungratefulness.
Can anyone tell me one reason I should continue to be a Barry Bonds fan?
