I have a buddy that around 1 or 2 times a month will call me to put $1000 on a game for him. His limit locally is $1000 and he wants extra action. He has only lost 1 out of 6 or 7 times he has called me.

Take it for what it is worth, but I am using it as a triple play for myself. I already liked Buehrle as he has been hot, and it is a good price. Good luck.

Maggs gives us a little breathing room. Hopefully Buehrle can shut them down. Not out of the woods, but feeling better than I did a couple of innings ago.

Looks like we were typing at the same time JP.

It's funny because he gives me these plays and acts like I am doing him a favor by getting them in for him. He only has a dime limit and one out. I have tried to talk him into opening an offshore acct. but on second thought, this is a much better deal....for us.

I think he gets these big plays from someone else. He usually plays $100 - $300 a game. He had $2000 on this one. He has a buddy that is a big book (he doesnt play there) and I believe he gets the plays from him. He pretty much bankrolls his season with these big plays. He told me they were 10-2 when he started calling me with them. Can't verify that but he is 7 or 8 and 1 since he started calling me.

Lets hope the pen can close this one down. I will let everyone know when we have another one.

WTF is Manuel doing. Does he have any clue how to use a bullpen??? Only he or Koch can screw this up. Why do I feel we need more runs in the ninth with a 3 run lead????
