I went +2.69 yesterday during my first day of complete posting. Here is today's lineup (all risking $100).
Tor -155 Lidle
This follows my flip-flop rule which is if a favored team loses the first game of a home series they will come back to win the 2nd game.
Bal +107 Ponson
Ponson has been pitching great baseball lately. Minnesota finds ways to lose even at home.
Det +254 Cornejo
Detroit matches up with Sea rather well considering Cornejo is pitching. Too close to be getting these kinds of numbers.
FLA +1.5 -150 Willis
Willis hasn't been stellar lately but against the D'backs anyone can pitch well. I was debating betting the under in this one but it's at 6.5. The Marlins ought to be within 1 in this low-scoring affair.
LA/Phi under 7.0 -123 Brown/Myers
Phi won't be hitting a hot Brown and LA can't hit anyone including Myers.
Pit -123 Wells
Wells is pitching well. This one also falls under the flip-flop rule.
Col/Cin over 9.5 -102 Chacon/Graves
Neither pitcher here is pitching well and both teams are hitting well making this a good bet even at 9.5 points.
Mil +146 Obermueller
A new pitcher often gives a team fits until that team is more exposed to him. The Mets' bats will struggle with this guy. I'm thinking NY is favored so much because Leiter pitched so well last game but he is streaky. I'm matching these 2 up evenly and taking the points.
