The New York Yankees added another big bat, getting all-star third baseman Aaron Boone on Thursday in yet another trade by the payroll-slashing Cincinnati Reds. The Yankees sent minor-league left-handers Brandon Claussen and Charlie Manning and cash to Cincinnati for Boone. New York then turned around and traded third baseman Robin Ventura to Los Angeles for two minor leaguers.
