I have to get a bet on the Cubs game so I will finish the rest later.

I went 5-1 yesterday for +4.24. I'm +4.23 after 3 days.

ChCubs/AZ under 8.5 -114
Cruz/Schilling

Schilling is pitching well and the D'backs are not hitting so neither team should be able to hit. Bad weather conditions threaten this game so if it goes off that should be another negative factor for scoring. The past 6 games between these 2 clubs have all gone under.

ChCubs +1.5 -110
Whenever a team is an underdog against a poor-hitting team (it's usually against their ace) I like to take the +1.5 if I can get a decent wager for it. The poor-hitting team (in this case the D'backs) cannot hit enough to outscore the better-hitting team by more than 2 runs especially if their recent run average is under 2 runs total. Just a pet theory of mine (see July 30th, Phi against Kevin Brown/LA).

Halladay/Ortiz

Halladay has been pitching well for Tor and the Jays have been hitting decently, strong enough to outhit and outscore a hapless Anaheim. The Angels are on a skid at home.

CWS +109
Colon/Garcia

This spread is a joke, right? CWS are 14-2 in their last 16 and Sea is 1-5 in Garcia's last 6 starts.

CWS/Sea over 8.5 +100
CWS have scored at least 6 runs in 7 of their last 8 games. Garcia has not pitched well so CWS should score 8 by themselves.

SD at Phi +165
Jarvis/Millwood
SD has won in Jarvis' last 5 starts. Millwood has not looked all that good lately.

Hou/Fla under 8.0 -117
Redding/Beckett
Both pitchers have been pitching relatively well lately and the bats for both teams are almost silent. The under is 6-1 in Redding's last seven starts and it is 5-1 in the past six meetings between these 2 teams.
