MODS/JAKE/CHALLENGE

Mods I need to ask you guys a question ,Jake is telling me to add him into the challenge tonight,did he clear this with you guys?Yes or No?If he did clear it with you guys I will be updating his record tonight.I would love a straight answer as i do not want to keep going back and forth on this issue!
Also i made a post earlier tonight and it was deleted out of Jakes thread,can anybody tell me why?

TRK - I have no idea what you are talking about. He hasn't spoken to anyone here about changing anything. Everything is the way it was. We had to pull Dog and Jake out as their plays aren't being posted here and that was final. If that was ever a change I would talk to you about it. For right now I don't have any clue what you guys are talking about. He probably had some winning days and wants back in and his picks counted again or something, who knows.

His thread from yesterday with his picks was moved to the Promotions thread, we deleted the duplicate tonight. If you had comments in there you may ask them again here. Sorry.

BTW if this thread is not here it will be in the Outhouse, we are getting a lot of complaints from others about Jake and this silliness. People are tired of it. The kid doesn't even bet but if he "wins" the Challenge feels he can try the tout thing again next year. Most here are betting real dollars and this foolishness about him trying to "win" gets old. If he does well he wants in and when he does poorly he stays away. FWIW someone sent me a link that Dog is getting his teeth kicked in lately. Anyway this is a big issue with these guys because they are both touts and are looking to profit on their picks.

No special rules here for anyone.

Sorry Pat for coming on so strong,its just that I am getting tired of the nonsense.
Jake posted his plays here and told me to count them from where he left of in the challenge,the way he made it sound was as if he got clearance to do this from someone at THERX,if that is not the case then I do not want to step on anyones toes at the RX.Jake left me with the impression that on days when he posts his plays at THERX I should add them in on the Challenge and that would be okay with you guys! Pat do you know if this is true?
Pat understand one thing,I don't have a vested interest either way,its just that I am not sure what to do with this situation any longer,as now Jake has come up with this new scenario.
Pat please let me know,should I add him and olny update him on days he posts here ,or should I NOT add him because he is splitting his posts between 2 sites? Once again I really don't care either way,however I do need an answer!

PS- Pat as far as DOGBALL I am still monitoing his SERVICE PLAYS,and they have fallen off a bit as of late.
I also still track all of DOGBALLS plays however unless I am looking in the wrong place He has not posted a play for about 4 to 5 days now.

TRK - I am as tired of it as you are. I hear from everyone about it, they are tired of the thing getting away from what it always was into a "made for profit" thing by some posters. I know you are only trying to be nice but don't you see where the problems come from, the touts. We never had a problem through all the different seasons until a couple guys started selling plays based on how they did in your Challenge. I don't like it when they use you or the site any more than anyone else. Both these people where the trouble began started a business off the players they came in contact with on this site. Yet still they complain about us.

The reality is if you think about it Jake posted his plays EVERYDAY last year here. Not only that he posted them at other places as well. He can't post enough places or tell enough people when he is winning, we both know that. Don't you think it's odd how this year he refused to post them here? How he wanted a special exemption about posting elsewhere but having his record documented here. I can tell you why, because he was/is getting paid to post them exclusively somewhere else. The site owner said try and create a big following with lots of exposure and make them come here to see your plays. If he admitted it I would respect the kid again. Even still had they not got so ridiculous with it I was willing to let it go, you know I told you that!! You spoke for him and I pretended not to see anything so we could keep doing it. In fact when Dog got banned I was willing to let that go too even though he is selling picks also. The first day he leaves here and you monitor him someone sends me and Shrink a link where he says "tell everyone where to come to get my picks". Was that necessary?

Sorry I know it sounds greedy but our site will do what is best for our site. Hell to me it goes beyond that though, it's just the principal of the thing. I don't like being used or being conned in all this and we will not let any of these touts shit on the site for their personal gain. Here's the rule we are getting heat for - If you want to be monitored by the RX than you will post your plays on the RX site. LOL. Is that so hard to comply with? It proves my point some will cry over anything.

Right now if you agree let's leave this situation alone. I actually would have more compassion for Dog than Jake, I mean he was banned. Jake is just downright dense, I won't post my plays there so I can get paid on the other site but still want to be monitored by the RX. LOL. Not worth going back and forth over it TRK, the players are getting sick of it. Let's move on. I won't change anything unless you and I talk, period. Agree? We are fine the way we are now.

I agree Pat,you and I go back quite a long way and you have done plenty good for me and I will never forget that! You have always been a standup guy and supported me when most others would not have.I will never EVER have a bad word or feeling about you,you have always treated me with respect and I have tried to do the same in return.
From what I can see in order for Jake to be in the Challenge He must post all his plays on this site(he still may post on the other site) ,however he must do the same routine he did last year and post up his plays here everyday.
If Jake only chooses to post here some days that is not acceptable and he should not be included in the CHALLENGE!
Pat are the above guidelines what I should follow,if so no prblem on my side at all!

I can tell you, 100% honestly, that I can post my picks wherever I want. If I wanted to post them here every single day, I could do it with no reprocussions.

Basically my idea for this thing was that my record counts up until the site took back their word and said my plays could no longer be counted. Since I was told those plays would count on the challenge until that point, I think it's fair. Then after that only the plays I post on the site will be counted toward that record. If I don't post for a few days here, the record remains the same.

I think that's fair, what do you think Pat?
