3-0 yesterday, been a while since I could say that. Season record is 65-59 -2.53 units. Let's see if we can continue on.....

Gonzalez vs Gobble
Heck why not? Gonzalez is the ace of the DRays staff and he is pitching against a first time starter. Gobble is probably talented but believe it or not Tampa is one of the best hitting teams during this stretch. In their last ten these guys are 6-4 as a team and hitting .311, .319 against lefthanders. They aren't padding their record against scrub teams in that time period either, the games have been against Boston, Toronto, CWS and now KC. They have faced Lima (and put his first loss on him), Colon, Escobar, May and Loaiza etc.... In short these guys are playing good ball. Of late KC is 4-6 in their last 10 games and only 1-6 in their last 7 home games. Tampa still has bullpen troubles so you never feel like a lead is safe but I think this is a play we hit more than half the time.

Anderson vs Dickey
Texas has won 4 in a row while Tribe is 1-4 their last 5. They have problems in their rotation but they hit the ball very well. Some people do not realize it but Texas is leading baseball in homeruns. Last 10 games they are hitting .352 against lefthanders like Mr Anderson today. While I won't even pretend I am playing this for the arms Dickey allegedly has good stuff, I see he has struck out 48 hitters in 58 innings. If he can hold one of the weaker hitting clubs down while the offense pours it on we may escape here with a win. May be back with one more....
