We're going with red-hot Roy Halladay as a very cheap favorite tonight when he goes for his major league leading 17th win against the Seattle Mariners.

Toronto's 5-3 win in game one last night got them back to an even 59-59 overall this season. They are third in the AL East, twelve games back from the Yankees. It's interesting to note the Blue Jays are six games below .500 at home yet are six games above .500 on the road.

Seattle are 71-47 (.602) overall and lead Oakland by three games in the AL West. Amazingly the Mariners are also better on the road (36-22) than at home (35-25) this season. It's also worth noting that the Mariners are just 7-9 against the AL East this season.

But the real edge tonight comes in the pitching match-up with Halladay having the better numbers right across the board.....

Halladay is 16-3 this season with a 3.40 ERA while Garcia is under pressure to retain his place in the starting rotation and is just 9-12 with a 5.45 ERA.

Halladay is 2-1, 3.18 ERA over his last three starts while Garcia's recent numbers couldn't be much worse at 0-3, 9.22 ERA.

Halladay has a 8.17 strikeout-walk ration through his last ten starts while during the same span Garcia's is 2.43.

Halladay is 10-2, 3.39 ERA on the road while Garcia is just 3-7 at home with a 5.48 ERA.

Halladay is 2-1 when starting against the Mariners with an ERA of 3.00 and a WHIP of 1.212.

Garcia is 4-3 against the Blue Jays with a 5.68 ERA and a 1.561 WHIP.

Need we say more?

Recommended Play: Blue Jays -110

Good luck
