Why does anyone suspect this line is so high for KC Lima had a slight groin pull and threw 65 painless pitches on thursday, and weaver has been absolutley god awful this year. This seems to be a steal at this price. Not to mention the yanks eeked out wins against the weak orioles team. Anyone see what i see? Thanks

The Royals are now widely available at +1.50. The betting is on the Royals. This game looks like your proverbial "BM's Trap Game."

If you bet this, you should play the Yankees or pass.

Not sure if I would call the Yanks 8 - 0 victory yesterday an eek. I never like to bet a pitcher coming off an injury, and Weaver is basically unbetable especially as a favorite. Only play is over the total of 10 flat.IMHO.

I would take anyone at +140 vs. Weaver and the Yanks ridiculous 'pen. Even Rivera has been god-awful lately. KC is the easy money.

One little stat to consider: Yanks are 20 and 5 in last 25 Vs. Royals. Believe me I am no fan of Weaver or the Yanks for that matter. I just look at this game as totally unpredictable when you look at starting pitching. Do you want a live dog on the road at +150, no questions asked? Then this is your shot. BTW Rivera is out of gas, and needs rest.

I would have made the same bet every time, regardless of the loss tonight. I think KC could win this matchup about 50% of the time.

will those games that Weaver doesn't lose be in Columbus? Just wondering, that looks like where he is headed
