Been away from baseball too long. How many wild cards will be in the playoffs? Is it one from each league? Any thoughts on which teams, as a wild card or division winner, are most likely to make a successful run at the playoffs? Thanks

I think the Wild card will be from the East or the West. Dodgers coming on strong, Philly and Florida both +15 over. The problem with the Central is no team has been that high all year. The Cards play the Astros 6 more times and could beat each other up paving the way for the Cubs to win the division. The Cubs play nobody with a winning record the rest of the year.

Dodgers may be the best bet. Don't know their schedule off-hand but TBS last night said Philly, Atlanta, and Florida played each other home and home yet.

I THINK fLA GET THE WILD CARD. They have good starting pitching and a good bullpen.
