Rarely have one play over 2*, but tonight we love these two big time.

Philadelphia@Florida
4* Florida -120
(Millwood/Willis)

Florida really stepped up last night and grabbed a big win and that momentum should carry over into tonight. Florida has been awesome at home going 48-27 this year. In home games with a total of 8 to 8.5 runs Florida is 31-12 this year and 93-51 over the last 3 years! This whole Marlins staff pitches much better at home than on the road, the staff has a 3.12 era and the bullpen has a 2.91 era in home games. The Marlins are 17-8 in Willis' starts and 9-4 in his home starts. Willis is 0-0 3.55 against the Phils in 12.2 innings this year, he's 6-3 3.13 at home, and 2-0 3.20 in his last 3 starts. The Phillies limp into this series after losing 2 of 3 to the lowly Reds at home and that's got to be tough on the psyche. The Phillies are 5-12 this year as road dogs of +100 to +125 and 13-15 against lefty starters this year, and they only average 3.6 runs a game against lefties. The Phils are 2-3 in Millwood's starts against Florida this year and his record is 1-1 6.00 era against them, in his career he's 5-7 5.45 against them, and he's 0-2 6.50 era in his last 3 starts overall. These are not good #'s during a tight playoff chase. Florida at home has been money in the bank all year and at this price we'll jump in big because in our opinion we also have the better arm in this game.

Arizona@Colorado
3* Arizona -125
(Webb/Oliver)

If Webb just pitches a normal game for him we'll easily cash this ticket. Webb is 5-4 1.75 era on the road this year and he's given up 3 runs or less in 24 of his 26 starts this year!!! In two starts against the Rockies he's 2-0 2.57 era only giving up 4 runs in those 2 starts. In fact this whole D-Backs staff has been awesome with a team 2.79 era over the last 10 games and the bullpens is only 1.44 over that time! Arizona is 8-3 against the Rockies last 11 and 35-19 over the last 3 years. The D-Backs are also 27-19 against lefties this year. What can you say about Colorado except it looks like the roof caved in, this team seems to be going through the motions right now. The pitching staff has a team era of 6.55 over the last 10 games while the bullpens is 8.84! Colorado has torn up lefties this year but struggled against right handers going 53-60 against righties and only hitting .254 aginst them this year. The Rockies are 44-55 at night, 6-11 in September, and 35-51 aginst over .500 teams. Oliver's teams are 1-4 in his last 5 starts against Arizona. Colorado is also 4-15 this year after having a day off!

Best of luck tonight with your wagers.
