3-0 yesterday was a great birthday present. I have had just ONE losing day in a month. I think I am 22-5 in my last 6 days. Anyway, I am wondering what my magic number is to clinch first place in the TRK Baseball Challenge.

Patrick makes a great point on Zambrano for the D-Rays. The guy has some good stuff. As of now I am staying away as both teams can score alot.

Still love the D-Rays total over 4.

Ben Sheets (11-12, 4.36 ERA). Sheets is 1-5 with a 6.60 ERA in his last nine starts. The right-hander did not get a decision Wednesday as he gave up six runs and 11 hits in 5 2-3 innings of the Brewers' 7-6 win over St. Louis. He's 3-4 with a 4.47 ERA in nine career starts against the Cardinals.

I was going to go with StL but Williams has struggled lately and does not have a good record on the road. Will Sheets' miscues be enough to make up for Williams?

BigGamesOnly - Williams has been shady of late but the Cardinals are not officially eliminated yet so they have alot to play for in this game. Sheets has been just terrible of late after his solid start to the season.

I like Cardinals at the line its at now.

FYI and FWIW: Miller Park's roof will be closed tonight. I haven't tracked this at all, but it seems that there are higher scoring games when the roof is closed.

BigGamesOnly - Thanx. I am really happy I have helped you with my recent run. Everyone has their ups and downs. I dcoumented my terrible July and August and I let everyone know how bad I was doing. I never disappeared. ESPN wanted me to be loud when I was losing. That doesnt make sense. Why would I want to bring down guys with me. If I was doing bad I would hope people would be smart not to followe. Thats why I stopped emailing him my plays. Because I was losing and I did not want to bring him down with me.

ESPNROCKS - First off, I am sorry If I "lost" money for you. Second, I really do not want to fight with you. Please let this go. I know I will.

Nice Job again tonight MC. Also like Seattle tonight so hopefully they cash.

Also dont think there's any reason you guys should arguing, sure MC has been talking alot of trash which i'm normally not a fan of but in this case he is backing it up with results. And Espn just my opinion but I dont think he cost you money, anyone that plays someone elses picks blindly is asking to lose. Just my two cents dont wanna start anything.

Also thanks BGO for the picks looks like your picks helped me cash again tonight. Lets hope Seattle cashes for us and we all go to bed happy.
