JC Dimer- QUestion?

What syndicate in their right mind would play the Cubs at +135 when Pinnacle has it at +141?

General,

If someone maintains that their plays are "syndicate plays" when it is obvious that they are not, in the interest of justice, there posts should be attacked in such a way that some poor sap won't follow the guy's plays.

JAD, there will be no attacking of any poster allowed in the sports forums. If that is felt necessary, then the RR is the place to go. Start a thread or ask for one to be copied there for you.

These rules apply to every poster.

Thank you and good luck

Jad- You couldn't be more correct. It's nice to see that there are guys like you that want the truth.

General,

I'm not attacking the poster, I'm merely disputing his claim that CHI +135 was a syndicate play. Furthermore, last night's claim of USC/Stan over 47.5 as a syndicate play is just false. The real syndicate play was under 49, in the morning, even though it turned out to be a loser by halftime. If you restrict attacking (better choice of words- strongly disputing) a poster's "syndicate" claims to the RR, a large number of people will fail to see the dispute, and fall for the false claim. Can someone at least closely monitor the use of the term "syndicate play" and edit the thread when it is obvious that it is false, as the Cubs claim was today. If you don't, you are just hurting a certain (albeit small) percentage of the readers on this site.

General:

Can you give us a guideline as to how a person should post if they feel someone is falsely representing a syndicate? Should a reply be posted in the thread referring to the RR? I don't always read the RR and may miss such a message if it were not posted here.

JAD,

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I agree that your post is fine. I looked to far into the word "attacking". My apologies.

As for the word, i do not see the board editing, but i will propose the idea to all of the boardroom members & get a majority opinion.

Several months ago, their was a similar request for the word "lock". It was decided that it was not proper to edit such.

BigGamesOnly,

The guidelines are proper respect to everyone. Trying to keep the board poster friendly. Common sense if you will.

Have a nice evening

General,

Fair enough. I think that people hear the word "lock" thrown around enough that it doesn't have much meaning. The same may not be true for the term "syndicate play".

Anyone dumb enough to believe someone's BS claims deserves what he gets. If you think this guy is a fraud, you and everyone else is free to fade. Just my 2 cents.

primetime-

True, but why not just delete the thread. IMO, The post is not worthy of taking up any space.
Fade what? I'm not saying the pick is backwards, it's just not a play at all.

I have not been here long but I enjoy the sight greatly.I would like to say a couple of things about this thread.First of all, there is no way one can say for sure that this or any other play of his is not a true syndicate play.Syndicate groups give out false information often and there are so many different groups across the country some play one side some play the other.Secondly no one here has to bet them or even read his post for that matter.I don't understand why everyone is crying about this guy's post.It sounds like maybe some guys were picking and choosing plays from his and lost pretty good so they are mad now.To top it off he is winner here at the RX as far as I can tell. That is just my 2 cents.Thanks.

Even though we all know better, sometimes we are like those cats in the matrix waiting for neo, only in this case we want the syndicate or capper that can deliver the perfect plays with unclouded vision...that is why words like syndicate and lock continue to get the best of us, we know better, but we always gotta peek and think about swallowing the red pill.
