3* Oak +125 A's have the better pitching overall and I see them winning this series in 4

3* Atl -145 Atl has the best team in baseball and they finally got some bats that can win in the playoffs. Chi has already shot their wad by getting into the playoffs and will be satisfied with that and the Braves have the World Series in their sites and nothing else.

GM 1 Plays:
3* Fla +1- -125 Beckett lost to SF by 1 run 2 times this year so I like my chances on them staying close or winning this one SU. The Giants don't have a potent offense except for Bonds and I don't see Fla even taking chances with him.

3* Atl -135 Ortiz is a playoff veteran while Woods has not pitched yet in the playoffs. I look for Woods to be a little to pumped up and I think the Braves bats will take advantage of this early and rattle him a bit.

3* Oak +1- +105 A great price with the home team getting a run and a half with a great pitcher on the mound.

3* Atl -150 They need this game or the series will be over plus I don't see Zambrano holding down the Braves bats today

3* Fla +140 Marlins bats come alive today after being shutdown by Schmidt.

3* Oak/Bos Under 7 -120 Looking for a gem from both pitchers and hopefully Oak can win or stay within 1 for my play from yesterday

1* Atl over 8- -120 Both teams should score some runs today

1* Fla over 7 -115 I look for Fla to have a breakout game and possibly score 7 by themselves

I actually won both games tonight but I want count the Marlins as a win since I didn't come back and put units behind the play but a great day all around.

Wednesday

I like the Yankees to go ahead and close out the series vs the Bosox tomorrow but I will not play the side since I already have 6 units on the Yankees for the series. I thought the Yanks were in trouble after blowing all their scoring chances in game 4 vs Wakefield but they played great today behind the strong pitching of Wells.

As for the Marlins/Cubs game 7. I haven't seen a line on the game yet but you gotta believe it will be near -200. I have a 1 unit +170 play on the Marlins to win the series so I will probably just watch this game as well as the Yanks game.

If I have a play on a game or a total I will post tomorrow

I have been back and forth all day on this game trying to decide whether to hedge some of my series bet or not. I have decided to let it ride with the Yanks!!!! So my plays have already been made earlier in the series.

Great game last night and a great comeback from the Yankees.

GM 1 World Series
Penny vs Wells -190 o/u 9-

With these two on the mound there might be alot of runs scored and those Marlins can sure hit. No play yet but I will probably play the dog in Gm 1 with the nice payout and the over and if the Marlins lose GM 1 come back and play them again in Gm 2. Will come back on Saturday and list exact plays but just thought I would write what I was thinking and see what everyone else thought about the upcoming games.

World Series GM 1

1* Florida +160 I think the Marlins steal one of the first two from the Yanks and I think this is their best chance here in GM 1.

1* Over 9- -105 Their should be plenty of runs in this one. This would be a bigger play but you just don't know if the players are going to perform well in the first gm of the World Series. They might be a little tight tonight.

I am pulling for the Marlins in this series but if they steal this game I will definetly be playing the Yanks as the series play because I believe they will win it but hopefully the Marlins can shock the world. I see the Yanks winning in 6 games.

That is all I have heard for the past 2 days. I think the Yanks win tonight.

5* Yankees -110 This is my biggest play of the postseason so far. I just think Beckett gets hit tonight and hard! Everyone is on the Marlins in this must win situation but you don't always win these games.

2* Over 7- +105 The only way the game stays under is if the Marlins don't score any. Beckett and the Marlins give up at least 5 runs tonight!

I guess now I know why everyone was saying "Beckett" so much as he pitched a tremondous game. The total should have went over as baserunners were left on base several times tonight but I guess that it what happens with good pitching. Today was not as big as I had hoped for but I will take a winning night any day of the week!

Wednesday Bases

3* Yanks -1- -110 The Yanks have the series now and I can see the Fish folding but they didn't vs the Cubs so we will see. Clemens vs Pavano is not in the best interest of the Fish and I can see Roger throwing a great game in his finally and going out as the great pitcher he is. Pavano on the other hand will be lucky to get through 5 innings tonight. Yanks 7-3!!

3* Over 8 -110 I have had the over in 2 of the 1st 3 games of the series and I have lost every time so here it goes again. Honestly, the only way this game stays under the total is if Clemens throws a great game and only gives up 1 or 2 runs. Pavano will get hit hard tonight and the Yanks will have their bats in full swing.
