Actual Rays rotation starting this week is:
Zambrano
Gonzalez
Hendrickson
Abbott
Doug Waechter was sent to Raleigh due to so many big league Off Days, but is expected back in 3 weeks as #5.
Oh and look for Damian Rolls to get about 2/3 playing time between 2B/3B as he is superior offense (so far) to both Blum and Sanchez.
