I have bet this game under 8.5 last night with Haynes starter at 5dimes. But it's Lidle who start the game

I want to know if it's a no action or a lost.
Actually 5dimes show me a loss it's correct.

All totals have listed pitchers.

If your pitcher did not start, you have NO ACTION.

From their website:
All Internet baseball game wagers are listed pitchers only! If either or both pitchers do not start the game, your wager will be "NO ACTION". Propositions are listed pitchers only when the pitchers are listed on the prop.

If you bet over the internet, it should be no action. If you bet over the phone, they will ask you listed or action.
