Hate to lay this much wood, but I think Zona wins this game 3 out of 4 times. Unit is murder on lefties, which should hurt Burnitz and Helton (not much on him though). Estes is a poor excuse for an opening day pitcher, is very hittable and has control problems to boot.
SD/LA UNDER 7.5 (-118) - 1 unit
I've always been a big fan of Peavy and he has pitched well in LA. Perez has been lights out at home in his time in LA, and look for this game to look similar to last years LA games.
Anaheim (+114) - 3 units
Moyer has torn apart Anaheim in the past, but looking at their lineup they should be able to handle righties just fine. A healthy Glaus and the addition of Guerrero should help that as well. Moyer is getting up there and he has to lose something at some point. For Anaheim, Colon is pure ace, and he has done well at Safeco in the past. Good value getting this team as an underdog with Colon on the hill.
Texas (+187) - 1 unit
More of a play against Oakland then anything else. I don't see them being good enough to be this big of a favorite. Park should do better pitching in a pitchers park and I look for this one to be close.
