Green's first play of the year

I said I would wait twice through the rotation and stuck to my word.
I have identified what I feel is a pitching mismatch today and feel there is value in taking the plus side.
It may surprise you but I am referring to SD +102 az.
Yes, it is the Big Unit vs Jacob Peavy. But look closer folks. THIS YEAR, Peavy is the better pitcher (actually last year, too), and Randy is running on fumes. SD has the better lineup and home field as well.
Squares may jump on RJ with such a low fave, but others know better. Johnson is shot, and I will take a chance he gets shelled here again.
If Unit pitches a 13 k, 2 hit, shutout, I was wrong, but I'll take the chance that I am not.

Good Luck guys! I'm on the unit to rebound tonight, but am skeptical because of his recent outings and Arizona's recent play, but getting that win yesterday and snapping that losing streak I think will carry over tonight. I also don't like Peavy's recent stats against the D'Backs....1-5 12.21 ERA. He has been pitching good lately and did get screwed out of a win his last start, so his team could rebound for him. For me, this is a play against Peavy tonight...

golfingar, definitely took that "too good to be true" into accoun here. Thinking lots will jump on Unit at the low price and feel it is a sucker bet.

Reread the last line of my post, heheh, almost prophetic.
Call it the Rx jinx.
Big Unit comes out and two-hits the Pads to put one in the loss column.
Hope some of you at least cashed on the under.
Starting it off with an L for the season, but wouldn't have changed my mind anyway.
