well the slow ascent continues, yesterday 5-4 for a meager +.75 units, however, still going in the right direction....

just a few i like today, didnt like alot of the pitching matchups i saw...

phillies -1.5 (+104)....2 units

cardinals (-166)....2 units

cardinals -1.5 (+116)....1 unit

SF Giants (-145)...2 units (1 word-Lima)

Red Sox (-131).....1 unit

red sox -1.5 (+161).....1 unit

atl/fla under 8 (-109)....1 unit

Boston jumped out quickly today to 2-0 lead, Mussina is very erratic again..

Phillies were ahead 3-0 also, but have blown the lead and are tied....Nice job Millwood, 2 outs, runner on second, and the number 8 hitter at the plate, Phillies pitch to him, and he hits 2 run homer....wow, a better plan might be to walk the 8 hitter, give him the open first base, and pitch to the pitcher with 2 outs...

But what do i know Bowa?....

Phillies back out ahead by 2......ball must be jumping there today.....lots of home runs...

Boston ahead 3-0 as well....wonder what is wrong with Mussina?

i bet against Mussina, due to his early season performance, i am just curious as to what is wrong with him, that is all..

looks like it could be another nice day, with early 3-0 start for +4.69 units, and the cardinals are up big in the 8th......

need the giants to start pounding Lima, should happen soon...

for the second day in a row, the dodgers score a run in top of 9th, and it proves to be the difference as the giants score in the bottom of the 9th, but fall a run short...

Grissom grounds into a dp with 2 on, and Barry on deck....

that feels better.....
