MLB YTD: 4-1 (+9.19 units)

Baltimore Orioles (-117) over Cleveland Indians (3.51units to win 3)

Cliff Lee is one of the young pitchers I expect to become a solid starter in this league. But I dont think he gets it done tonight.

Lee has struggled with his control at times, fortunately it hasent cost him. But sooner or later 13 walks in just 22 innings will not get the job done. Tonight he is facing a pretty patient Orioles offense. They have produced 84 walks in their first 20 games. And more importantly, the Orioles offense has been knocking the cover off the ball when they get those baserunners. After Thursday's 9-5 win over Seattle, the Orioles have outscored opponents 77-55 over the past 12 games and have double figures in hits in 10 of their past 15 contests.

Baltimore's Bullpen: 2.69 era & 1.2 WHIP
Cleveland's Bullpen: 7.34 era & 1.8 WHIP

Milwaukee Brewers (-140) over Pitt Pirates (4.20units to win 3)

A special thanks goes out to the Cinci bullpen for giving Milwaukee some momentum going into tonight's game. Milwaukee has won their last 2 games in their last at bat.

Ben Sheets takes the mound for the home team. He's been real solid this season w/ a 3-1 record and an era around 3. Milwaukee at home are 7-4 (+4units) & produce nearly 6 runs per game @ Home.

Chicago Cubs (-130) over St Louis Cards (2.60units to win 2)

Kerry Wood has simply been amazing this season. He is 3-1 w/ a 2.60era. Now he is facing an offense that has struggled a bit in the past week. The Cardinals havent scored over 6 runs in over 7 games....offensive outputs of 2,1,1,5,3,3, and 5 (which was only 1 w/ 2outs in the 8th) will not cut it vs. Kerry Wood, especially against a divisional rival.

Cubs are 3-1 as a road favorite of -125 to -150.
Cards are just 4-8 @ Home

I'm also not quite sold on Wood Williams being at full strength. He missed most of Spring Training and hasent looked too spectacular thus far. The Cubs can really hit righty pitchers...avg'ing around 6 runs per game against them and batting .283.

Value Play: Cinci Reds (+190) over Houston Astros (1.5units to win 2.35units)
