I wanted to ask everyone:

Where do you find your information when capping?

I use covers.com to find most statistical information, and also, they usually provide a decent 'free selection'...

I use yahoo.com/sports/mlb (gamechannel) to watch multiple games at once, also they provide starting lineups about an hour before each game.

Usually I check out the free selection at www.professionalgambler.com .. I think this is probably a site that doesn't tout. I've been monitoring them closely for about a year, and they post ALL their losses and their winners.

I'd like to find out a more reliable method of getting updated injury reports, also, I'd like to find more sites that offer a daily free pick with a proper writeup.

Hopefully we can trade some of our internet value spots.

sharp.
