Money Making Strategy (May 14/15/16)

Baseball betting is unique in that if offers a chance at series betting.. Goal of this experiment is to make 3 units per set of series.
A selection of 3 teams will be made for each set of series. The teams will be teams that we dont think will be swept. A heavy emphasis will be placed on selecting underdogs.. I suppose it would be nice for most here to make 3 units on each set of series. Each team plays 2 sets, each week during the MLB season.. Teams that we do not think will be swept this weekend are..

Games for friday May 14:

Padres +1.10 (1 unit to win 1.10 units)
Orioles +1.15 (1 unit to win 1.15 units)
Tigers +1.25 (1 unit to win 1.25 units)

Once a win is achieved for each series, there will be no more bets in that series. Weekend goal is to make +3 units or better..

SSI, you say once a win is achieved in each series...do you mean, once you win a game?? I play bases and would like to be better at it and am interested in what you say, just not sure understand...I do understand the idea of picking a team that will not be swept in a series and that usually each team plays 2 series a week.thanx

yes once a win is achieved in each series, there is no more bets in that series.. It is closed with a profit.. Ive done a good bit of work with this -- so far this year.. Ive narrowed it down to -- what i think is the 3 teams that wont get swept.. Its a progressive style of betting, with the concept that each selection will show at least a 1 unit profit in the series.. Of course a sweep will really hurt you, thats why you handicap the series before it starts.. Lets see how it goes.. In real money for me a unit is ($200) but for record keeping, ill just list it as 1 unit..

curious...if the sweep did occur would you then wait for the next series and begin at 4 units...

No, cant lay anymore risk on something like that,, a 9 game losing streak could kill you... Majority of time, the team selected will be the dog in most all the games.. In doing that, risk is definately limited.. You cap the series before it starts, you then have 3 chances to win one game..

I have a system similar. I play losing streaks... I start betting after 5-9 losing games in a row depending on the team. If I lose, I bet enough to make back my loss and the same profit (i have to take in account for favs and dogs). So far I have won 6 times on the first game and twice on the second.

Today I played Seattle (6 game losing) -lost yesterday-

yesterday was Montreal (4 game losing)

thurs was tampa (7 game losing), Atlanta (3 game losing), and seatle (lost)

I have also played sox, giants, cleveland, and pirates. in the past 2 weeks I have made about 25 units.

I was playing 2 teams at once, but now i will stick to one.

OBSERVE: if you start riding a team on a 7 game losing streak and they lose 7 more until you win, you're winning bet will be at 64 units.
I have not been past the 3rd bet. If I did lose the third, I lay off and suffer a 6 unit loss. If they lose 3 more, well ride em where you left off. I think the longest losing streak in history is 23. Last year it was 14 I think or 15.
