Starting an Internet Gambling Website

Hello Everyone,

I know this is a baseball forum but I was having technical problems posting this esle were.

I figure this is a good pool of knowledge to pull from when someone is searching for answers regaurding gambling.

I have been thinking about starting an online gambling website outside the U.S. but I know no one who has done it nor do I know anyone currently that can help me out. I pretty much want to konw if anyone has any background in this sort of thing.

Here are some questions I need answered:

How much $ do I need to back a small book?

How much would a website cost?

How much in legal fees would it take to cover my ass in the states as well as in the country that I set up shop in?

These are the kind of questions that I have not found anyone to be able to answer for me. If anyone has any information on this type of business pleae respond. Any info is better than none at all.

You better have a few million behind you if you want to stay in business for a little while! Actually you can be a PAN AM type and start with nothing! There is a company offshore that will handle all your action for 30$ a customer! All you need to do is have a few customer service reps., a line manager and a couple other wannabees, oh, and if you don't plan on staying very long offer outrageous bonuses cause there are tons of people who go for large bonuses!

Unless you have a decent sheet of business you are probably wasting your time, and $. If you have a sheet there are some posters that can help you.
